We pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days from the shipping date of purchase.

**Please note for ALL exchanges/refunds shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable and we cannot accept garments that have been worn, washed or altered. In addition all original tags and boxes are required.

Didn’t fit like you thought it would or did you just fall in love with another piece at the last minute? No Problem! is happy to swap your merchandise for a different size or even a different item. Simply fill out the return form on the back of your invoice indicating that you would like to exchange the item(s), give us a call to hold the new item(s) that you want, and send the old unwanted item(s) back to us at the address listed below.

It’s as easy as 1-2-3. To return an item simply fill out the return form on the back of your invoice indicating that you would like a refund and send us the item(s) to the address listed below.

Once your package is received at our location it will take approximately 3 business days to be processed. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping charges. When requesting a refund please keep in mind that it will take an additional 2-5 business day for the refund to be posted to your credit card.

Customer assumes responsibility for all refused packages. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping to you plus return shipping to us.
